Application submissions are accepted by the Planning & Community Development Department on or before the first Friday of each month. A Submittal Schedule is available for deadline and meeting information. Upon approval of the final plat, copies of the plat will be forwarded for the appropriate signatures.

In those isolated cases where a final plat is disapproved, the subdivider may resubmit a revised final plat within 60 days of the disapproval date without the preliminary plat becoming null and void.
