    I hereby request that the City of Hewitt personnel remove my water meter for testing and install a new meter. I agree to pay a service charge if the test results indicate that the meter was registering within the American Waterworks Assn. Standards. I agree to pay the service charge plus all charges incurred by this meter from all billings in question. 

    Fees:

    Meters up to 1": $75

    Meters greater than 1" up to 2": $250

    Meters larger than 2": Base Fee, Quoted on per cost basis.
