Join us for the 2025 Summer Reading Program at the Hewitt Public Library! Whether you're 5 or 95, there's a story waiting for you—and plenty of rewards along the way! Read at your own pace and join other members of the Hewitt community and beyond by participating in a range of activities all summer long. Challenge Overview

1. We challenge you to read at least 40 days over the summer and track that time in Beanstack. Share your progress with friends and family in the app or on social media (be sure to tag us!). 
2. As you record your reading streak, you will earn badges for your Beanstack collection.
3. Reach the reading goal to complete the program and earn the completion badge! Extra badges are also available by reading up to 60 days!

Win a Prize

• Earn a badge for every 5 days of reading. At 40 days, you will have completed the program!
• For every 5 days of reading, place an entry into one of the grand prize drawings. Reading even past the 40-day goal will award more entries!
• Winners will be drawn randomly beginning August 4, 2025. Completing the program is not necessary to be eligible for the final drawing as long as the participant has earned at least one badge.

How to Participate

Visit our Beanstack page. Click the "register" button if you need to create an account, or click the "sign in" button to access your existing account. Alternatively, use the Beanstack Tracker App on your phone or other mobile device (Apple | Android) to create, sign in, and manage your account. (With one account, you can set up and manage reader profiles for all of your family members!)

Logging Your Reading

1. Pre-Register for the challenge beginning May 19. It is open for all ages!
2. Click "Log Reading and Activities" (web) or the + icon (mobile) to log the days you have read.
3. You will automatically earn a badge for every 5 days of reading.
4. The challenge is complete when you have logged 40 days!

Optional Badges

Although the program ends at 40 days, participants have the chance to read up to 60 days for an additional 4 entries to the grand prize drawings.
