Payments (Citation Settlement Options)
PAYMENTS
Defendants wishing to pay their citation prior to their scheduled court appearance date or defendants who currently have a set payment arrangement with the court, may make payments; Online, In Person, by Mail or Drop Box.
Online Payments may be made at www.PayTPG.com using your VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS card.
Payments made online will be accessed a processing fee.
The following are not payable here; contact the court:
- Driving Safety Course and Deferred Disposition fees.
- Citations issued to juveniles under the age of 17
- Under 18 tobacco citations
- Under 21 alcohol-related citations
Partial payments can be made here if you have a Payment Plan in place with the court.
All warrants must be paid in full. Partial payments on warrants will be rejected.
In-Person Payments may be made Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., unless the city is closed in observance of a holiday. Payment may be made with card, cash, cashier check, money order, or personal check. (Returned personal checks will be charge a $25.00 returned fee and a warrant may be issued for your arrest)

Drop-off Payments may be placed in the drop box located at Hewitt City Hall. The drive up drop box is located at 200 Patriot Court, next to the large Hewitt Library book return box.
DO NOT place cash in the envelope. Please ensure to reference your name and citation number on the envelope.

In a misdemeanor case for which the maximum possible punishment is by fine only, payment of a fine or an amount accepted by the court constitutes a finding of guilty in open court as though a plea of nolo contendere had been entered by the defendant and constitutes a waiver of a jury trial in writing.
